How much do blinds cost?
There are so many different price ranges between styles, fabric, size and operations systems. Without even seeing your window I recommend budgeting $750 per window for a whole home keeping in mind that some windows are larger and smaller and certain styles are more $$ than others.
Do you have a store with samples?
Yes! September 2023 we opened up a studio in Acheson with displays for you to see! I am still a one man show and have limited drop in hours. Call to book a time that works for you!
Are your prices competitive with box stores?
Having worked in that part of the industry I am happy to say yes! The difference is that I can be be competitive in pricing strategies and manage the project from beginning to end. NO 1-800 number...just me.
What brands do you carry?
Another edge is that I carry 3 different brands; Hunter Douglas, Graber & Blinds By Vertican. Also, multiple fabric and hardware lines,
Where do the blinds come from?
Depending on which style and supplier we use they are manufactured here in North America. From all over the USA, Mexico and Blinds by Vertican is right here in Alberta.
How long do they take from order to installion?
4 to 8 weeks is the average time line.
Do you do curtains and valances?
I sure do! I do not sew them myself as I use a Edmonton workroom that has artisans skilled in their craft. I will shop and hem "store bought" for my projects every now and then to add something special to the window.
Do you repair blinds or carry parts?
We do NOT repair or carry parts. There is a repair business in Edmonton: www.quikblindrepair.com that can solve most problems.
